Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Being this is a limited edition preorder model in nature, we do not accept cancellation or changes once the pre-order
window has ended. However, during the pre-order window, you can request to change or cancel your order by emailing
support@bldblz.com with your order number and what you want to do.
If you need to change your shipping address of a pre-order, we must receive any requests to do so at least 4 weeks prior
to the estimated shipping window by emailing support@bldblz.com with your order number and change request.
**Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong
address or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you request a package reroute, forwarding, or address change directly with the shipping carrier after your order has
left our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages resulting from that change.
